Autor Magnuss Nilsson je jedním z nejznámějších a nejoriginálnějších severských šéfkuchařů a Fäviken byla jeho proslulá restaurace, umístěná v bývalé zemědělské usedlosti asi 750 kilometrů severně od Stokholmu. I přes svoji polohu daleko od velkých měst si podnik vysloužil světový věhlas a také 2 hvězdičky od michelinských inspektorů. Po 10 letech úspěšného provozu Nilsson restauraci v prosinci 2019 náhle zavřel a rozhodl se věnovat další čas především svojí rodině.
